CTC : 30 lacs pa

Qualification : CA/CWA/and if MBA(F), full time and from decent institute

Experience : 18 - 20 yrs

Last 10 years Experience in Corporate Finance

- Team Management.

- Project Financing & Working Capital Finance of at least 100-200cr proposals of even above continuously in the past 8-10 years.

- Financial Modeling, CMA Data, and strong conceptual and advanced knowledge in the same

- Developing Business Plan for Higher Management to assess viability of projects.

- Direct Liaison with Banks and FIs and NBFC at Branch and Senior level

- Stock Audit, QMS, FFR, Stock Statement

- Transaction banking- day to day

- LC/BG- its Assessment and large limit handling

- Budgeting/MIS, presentation to Management

- Balance sheet management

- Developing Internal Controls and SOPs.

- Participation in Bidding for Contracts (Desirable)

- At least prelim Understanding Direct and Indirect Taxation so as to assess bidding related matters.

- It goes without saying that good Accounting experience and team management in the initial stages of the career will be okay and if it continuous, then good.
