- Handle all department operations viz Finance, HR and Admin
- Assist MD in general operation of the company
- Can manage a team (across departments)
Accounts:
- Responsible for conducting audits, balance sheet finalization, and cash flow, budgeting.
- Handle import and export related payments and invoicing
HR and Admin:
- Employee recruitment, pay roll and employee life cycle management
- Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment as well as development of employees
- Taking care of employee claims, reimbursement and other aspects.
