Our client is a reputed diversified Business group Company based at Cochin. We are looking for GM - Finance & Company Secretary for their Hospitality Business.
Location : COchin (Based at one of the Five Star Hotels)
KRA will be to take care of Company Secretarial Activities, Accounts, Finance, MIS and compliance of two hotels located at Kochi and Chennai.
- Experience in ROC & secretarial matters, BM, AGM, EGM, Fund management, Working Capital Management.
- Preparation and presentation of various Financial reports and MIS reports required by management.
- Finalization of Accounts (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) and Balance sheet.
- Drive financial discipline in the company.
- Set up Financial control processes including Quarterly, Annual, and Long Run Operating Plans.
- Statutory compliances like GST, Provident Fund, TDS, VAT and other taxation matters both Direct & Indirect taxes
- Budget preparation and budget control.
- Providing support for Board and Committee Meetings including scheduling, developing annual planner, preparation of agenda, drafting minutes etc.
- Preparation of Annual Report and co-ordination for Annual General Meeting & Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM).
- Support in fulfilling statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualification : CS Final qualified & CA Inter/Final qualified
Languages Preferred : Malayalam (Reading & Speaking compulsory) & English
Industry Preferred : Retail / Construction /Real Estate /Manufacturing / Hospitality
