General Manager - Finance - FinTech - CA

- This role is sought for a New Start up of a Textile & Apparel division of a Tamilnadu based group which is having MSME & Tiny cluster units serving direct orders and Branded Job orders within India and proposing to jumpstart to Overseas supplies.

- This is a leadership role of the first set of employee in the organization and therefore it demands a entrepreneurial mind set to devise and roll out most efficient model and systems for the growth oriented take off.

- The role requires a high caliber Tech savy Finance professional who is more towards the following expertise over and above the conventional F & A process.

- To take the entire responsibility of setting up the system and model and tie up for payment gateway.

- Funding for the factories in the platform and connect to various funding agencies/ fintech platforms/ banks/NBFCS etc for both pre shipment, post shipment and factoring services.

- It is not required to run the regular finance and accounts department of the company.

- The role encompass a through understanding of the needs of the Factories and Suppliers on the platform to guide and formulate a competent financial model suiting to each demands and suitably bring in desired funds for the enhancement of the Unit.

- This requires a good business acumen to augment thorough financial discipline to strengthen the Units for proper deployment of resources.

- Needless to say that these MSME requires funding with minimum or NIL collaterals for running the Units to grow their business.

- Ideally the candidate should be from similar job spec and from B2B platforms of similar nature and also from Fintech Platforms, NBFC or Banking institutions.

- Those with proven experience matching the above criteria and willing to join early should respond. Initially the Job would be WFH for at least one year and occasionally from CO Working space. Travel HQ as required in Tamilnadu.

- Looking for young and dynamic talents not exceeding 40 years of age. Preferably CA or MBA finance with a excellent rack record from startups who are bootstrapped.
