Required Skills:

- Cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting

- Develop AOP, measure and track actual performance, provide projection, enable decision, and ensure action by business. Set and report weekly and monthly financial KPIs.

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization.

- Implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled and agile organization that has strong fiscal management, project management, cross-functional communication, and efficient workflows.

- Comply with national and state financial requirements and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

- Measure revenue performance, mix and operating margin and identify areas for cost reduction and operating efficiency. Monitor business performance through tracking tools, establish course corrections where required and prepare detailed reports.

- Perform risk management through analysis of liability and investments.

Qualifications: CA (Qualified Chartered Accountant ) is mandatory with 16-20 years of experience
