Hiring for the role of General Manager- Finance Controller Business Unit

Location: Pune

Educational Qualification- CA

Experience- 10-15 Years

Industry Preference- Manufacturing

Roles:

1. Analyzing & reporting financials including P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital on a monthly/quarterly/Annual basis and margin analysis.

2. Lead the preparation of Annual operating plan (AOP) for the BU and submit periodic forecast.

3. Ensure proper revenue recognition, accounting as per IND AS & assist in preparation of revenue forecast & MIS reporting.

4. GL Scrutiny and review of operational transactions.

5. Ensure existence and effective operation of financial controls in BU and ensure full internal audit sign off.

6. Ensure account reconciliations are performed periodically and corrective measures are taken.

7. Conduct benchmarking study / trend and peer analysis.
