Our Client is a leading US headquartered multinational major with substantial interests in the precision engineering, design, manufacturing, auto ancillary and services sector. They have a world class manufacturing and services organization in India and they are currently looking for a dynamic finance professional to manage the finance function of their Indian Operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the individual will be responsible for - Heading the Business Finance Team Maintaining the robust financial and operational control at manufacturing locations. - Responsible for management accounting, budgeting and costing including but not limited to Margin Management, Product Costing, Pricing Decisions, budgetary controls, segment analysis and reporting, cost variance analysis, project management, capital budgeting and exercising control on day to day financial matters. - Liaising with regional finance team and manage fund flow and cash flow statements to statements to monitor the inflow &amp; outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals - Efficiently managing working capital - Receivables, payables as well as funds management and monitoring with respect to budgeted working capital. - Timely completion of all related MIS, Tax Audits, Cost Audits and Internal Audits. - Ensure Tax Compliance. - Ideal prospect would be a CA with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing MNC with hands on experience in managing the finance function independently. - As our client is predominantly into manufacturing, the position demands experience in handling finance in manufacturing sector, and prior experience in Global Organizations with multiple business lines and locations.
