They are looking for a dynamic and well-grounded individual to lead the regional finance function who will be having multi-geography interactions while being based out of Delhi.  Job Description :   Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will be:  - Ensuring statutory compliances (Service Tax, Companies Act)  - Strong balance sheet and treasury controls  - Ensuring returns optimization on excess cash balances  - Budgetary control and forecasting support  - Key stakeholder engagement and investment support  - Liaising continuously with Head-Taxation and COO in group/tax restructuring work  - Ensuring high level of performance in all Key performance indicators (KPIs)  - Adopt administrative control on aspects such as IT projects, new initiatives introduction and operational cost reduction  The Successful Applicant :   You are a Qualified CA with minimum 10 years of experience with prior associations across leading MNCs. Previous experience in Big4s post qualification will also be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have a good familiarity on private equity space/financial sector, and will bring with him analytical and people management skills.
