General Manager - Finance - CA - Manufacturing/Sanitary/Plumbing/Greenfield

Position : General Manager Finance ( Head of Finance)

Location : Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities :

- CA with 10+ years of post Qualification Experience

- Manufacturing / Sanitary /Plumbing / Greenfield experience is a strong preference.

- Experience of ERP implementation experience (SAP/CRM- to be implemented).

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis,Costing and profitability Analysis Responsible for the Accounts & Audit

- Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

- Corporate level negotiations (eg premises, plant, trading, acquisitions and divestment's, disposals, relationships with regulatory bodies, approvals and accreditation's.)

- Responsible for all IT work and IT Strategy ; All IT procurement

- Manage the controlling, accounting, legal, tax, treasury and IT departments

- Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced such as IT,Legal,Tax Advisors,legal, Audit

- Direct all IT activities within the company

- Manage and implement IT-Infrastructure

- Implement Enterprise IT-Operations and Support Processes
