General Manager - Finance - CA - Infrastructure

Details about the position :

Position : GM Finance

Location : Bangalore

Requisites :

- CA with 10+ years of working experience (post qualification)

- Should have demonstrated experience in managing accounts in infrastructure and projects space. Railway projects will be a plus.

- Should be willing to travel [10-15% of time to project sites]

Responsibilities :

- Review and analysis of preparation of all financial statements including P&L, BS, Cash flow to management team by each project and line of businesses and legal entities

- Coordination with all lines of business for month end closing related activities

- Ownership of key financial controls and systems

- Preparation of financials and coordination for annual statutory audit and certifications

- Compile MIS reports for management reporting

- Manage and coordinate Treasury activities

- Oversee day to day Finance operation

- Solving Accounting and Internal Control Issues

- Financial Accounting

- Ensuring Liquidity and Cash Flows are maintained for smooth conduct of business

- Participating in preparation of Budgets

- Providing leadership in development of Financial Information Systems

- Identifying the areas of Cost Control

- Liaise with internal and external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process

- Regulatory reporting

- Submission of data to Regional Finance Team
