Job Description :

1) Controlling of entire accounting functions of the group including all Direct, Indirect Taxation matters, Sales Tax, Service Tax etc and finalization of accounts.

2) Treasury, Credit, Receivables, Planning of Inventory Control for Cost Optimization

3) Dealing & liaisoning with the Bank / Finance Institutions for the existing credit facilities, further credit facilities for the future expansions of the group

4) Costing / Budgeting & all MIS to the Management

5) Liaisoning with the various authorities including Govt. Authorities, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & other departments.

6) Planning of the future expansion of the group and financial arrangements for the same

7) To review the existing system & further improvements in the same. Technology upgradation in the organization & process for the coordination between internal & external Departments.

8) Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors, Tax consultants & any other consultant associated with the group.

9) Review & implement of various MIS system in the organization.

10) Any other matter / assignments assigned by management from time to time

11) To review and analyse the financial data and compliance of policies

12) To ensure all statutory compliance across business entities

13) To oversee financial and accounting system controls and standards and ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management.

14) Complete management accounting including periodic closing of accounts.

15) To prepare all financial & MIS reports, including income statements, balance sheets, information for reports for tax returns, and reports for government & regulatory agencies

16) To implement financial processes and controls

17) Preparation of annual business plan

18) Coordinating of Monthly commercial review across the group

19) Business analysis support
