General Manager - Finance - CA

- Planning & managing of all Finance & Accounts including Banking, Treasury, statutory compliances, Tax etc

- Implement robust financial processes & MIS including balance sheet, finalization

- Closing of accounts on SAP

- Directly drive process controls & improvements, strategic initiatives & efficiency building

- Consolidate corporate accounts, Income tax planning, oversee GST & support plant, TDS etc.

- Liaise with Banks, run processes, make financial models etc.

- Responsible for audit & all money matters
