Job Title: GM Finance or equivalent   Location : Mumbai  Education : Qualified CA  Experience : Minimum 15 years  POSITION SUMMARY (Briefly Summarize The Major Components Of The Position.) :  - Primarily responsible for work closely with leadership team to strengthen working capital & cash flow and to implement cost control measures.   ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS (State The Number And Title Of Those Directly Supervised And Identify Primary Interface Responsibilities.) :   - Reports to - Director Finance  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Describe The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise.)  - Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;   - Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.  - Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;   - Take lead in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company in relation to accounts and finance  - Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals   - Implementation of local and US GAAP and compliance specially with respect to SOX  - Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.  - Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authority's general ledger.  - Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff  - Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.  - Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues.  - Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.  - Constant monitoring of internal control by seeing through compliance with group financials policies, processes, SOX controls, US GAAP.  - Responsible for companywide statutory audit, tax planning, transfer price & assessment   - Cross functional working to formulate, evaluate annual operating plan, business strategies, contracts, bids, monthly/quarterly review, company law & RBI compliance.  - Handling OTC (Order to cash) team   - To advice business on cost control initiatives, on pricing & other commercial decisions and to review contract T&Cs with intention to minimize tax related leakages.   - Managing Monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews, forecast, flash and MIS  ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe The Non-Essential Job Responsibilities.
