Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with Ind-AS/IFRS

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, internal control systems

- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met both direct and Indirect taxes, legal and compliance.

- Hands on experience in Taxes and Transfer Pricing Regime.

- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's

- Members and the external auditors as necessary for timely completion. Able to manage all audits including internal/ics/tax and statutory audits.

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash and related commercial processes.

- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts

- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reporting both statutory and management/ Corporate reporting as per set timelines

- Should have sound knowledge on various systems and controls including financial statements closing process/order to cash/procurement to pay.

- Lead the development of 5 year budget preparation, forecast for the year. Reporting of the

- Actual vs Forecast on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis

- Advisor to Management and HR on the opportunity, risk management and ROI of the new business roll outs

- Champion an environment that systematically delivers comprehensive analytics and anticipates / responds to changes in the market.

- Coordinate efforts with the Transfer Price group, Corporate Treasury, and Global to ensure Entity compliances are met consistently with Corporate Tax Strategies.

- Lead the team of 5-7 employees.
