At present, we Are Having An Urgent Opening For GM, Finance ROLE for A Reputed Business Conglomerate Based At KOLKATA Location.

Reports to: CFO

LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED CA WITH 9+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES :

- Make financial plans, Budgets and MIS, highlight and drive business reviews from Financial impact angle and supervise cash flows

- Guide and supervise the Finance teams steer operational and strategic reviews along with CGO, track minutes and action plans

- Ensure appropriate information flow, processes and controls at investee companies

- Helping the company in adopting right balance between growth, controls, working capital levels and hygiene

- Supervise/Handle legal & compliance issues; keep track of agreement covenants

- Co-ordinate and settle statutory and internal audits of investee companies

- Support investee companies in building connects in startup ecosystem

- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Proficiency with financial accounting software and MS office.

- Efficient and quick problem-solving skills.

- Strong Leadership/people management skills.

- Effective communication & negotiation skills.
