Exciting overseas opportunity in Finance and Accounts domain of an Oil&Gas major PE Firm.  Job profile for CA/ ICWAI candidate for suitable placement in Lagos(for minimum 1 year immediately).  Job Description :  - Overall accountability of Finance & Accounts functions with specific focus on operational financial direction, reviewing & operating mechanism.   - Preparing & analyzing P&L, BS & Costing.  Qualification: Chartered Accountant with minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.  - Be a Business minded person and help management with cost benefit analysis for a particular decision.  - Lead commercial negotiations with vendors on need basis.  - Help create and drive annual business plans though generation and analysis of requisite MIS and support the development of short / medium / long term business plans  - Manage risk through effective risk mitigation plans. Identify and track risk inclusive of credit risk, currency risk and country risk.  Profile :  - Managing various facets of Accounts such as management accounting, evaluating business processes, statutory compliances, institutionalizing organizational risk management processes, Audit & Taxation and update on Regulatory compliance requirements through consultants/ auditors.  - Preparation of monthly accounts, knowledge of all generally accepted accounting principles, IFRS.  - Proactively monitor changes in government regulations and policies, industry, and economy affecting the company's finance and accounting practices, assess the implications and develop / modify procedures and controls to ably respond to the situation.  - Strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating & preparing Scope of Audit, Audit Plans, Audit Program and Audit Reports with recommendation & suggestion for improvement in internal control system  Budgeting & MIS:  - Support in preparation of budgets and Monitor budget utilization along with actual financial results.  - Preparation of variance analysis and reason for deviation at frequent intervals.  - Supervise generation of MIS for optimum performance of business.  Good communicator, with fluent written and spoken English.  Salary- Tax Free+Accommodation(bachelor).  Well-organized, self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize and manage a broad and demanding workload
