General Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG/FMCD

Position: General ManagerFinance.

Location: Karnataka.

Job Roles & Responsibilities.

Accounting & Compliances:.

- Overall Supervision and Responsibility of Account from day-to-day transaction to finalization of books of accounts as per law;.

- Annual Accounts P&L, BS & Filling of Annual Return.

- Monthly MIS Reports comprising of BS, P&L, Analysis with ageing of AR and AP, Business Synopsis,.

- Statutory Compliance as per Law - GST Returns, TDS Returns, ROC/MCA Returns.

- Handling Statutory audit & Internal Audit, Tax authorities.

- Finance & Treasury.

- Overall Responsibility of fund management as per the requirement of business for day-to-day activities as well as project requirement.

- Optimum Utilization available working capital.

- Handle borrowing from various sources including banks and deployment of surplus funds, if any.

- Handling treasury operations - day to day banking, collections, payments, Cash operations, etc..

- Managing Cash Flow with proper forecasting and monitoring.

- Handling Banking Relations for financial facilities and day to day treasury operations.

- Strategic partnering, Controllership.

- Act as a Co-Pilot to the business for growth and effective controls;.

- Preparation of Annual Business Plans and regular monitoring , Implement and maintain good accounting systems to enable timely detection of inconsistencies and accurate financial information.

Requirements.

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 10+ years; majorly into Manufacturing business; Good if have worked in FMCG/FMCD companies.

- Should have expert knowledge and deep hands-on of major ERP systems, advance level of MS Excel hands-on experience and work processing skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
