Job Description : - Ensure finalization of Accounts &amp; routine accounting as required under Industry Accounting Standards / IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). - Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take to maintain the financial health of the organization. - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. - Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. - Manage the preparation of the company's budget. Ensure proper Budget linked with various Business &amp; Cost Centers and variance analysis for presentation to Business Owners / Cost Centers along with Management at regular intervals. - Oversee preparation of MIS, Cash Flow, Fund Flow on daily basis. - Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Presentation of MIS with analytics &amp; Projections to Board on monthly basis. - Ensure proper internal controls &amp; systems for effective management of the Company. - Ensure all Legal &amp; Statutory Compliances (Direct / Indirect Taxes). - Devise and implement proactive and progressive tax planning strategies. - Develop working understanding of accounting software for ease of accounting &amp; reporting. - Display ability to handle Tax assessments &amp; scrutiny matters. - Develop knowledge of International Transfer Pricing &amp; Related party transactions issues. - Possess Banking Experience, viz., preparation of CMA Data, submission of QIS, etc. - Effectively Coordinate with Internal &amp; External parties, viz., Management, Auditors, Contractors, Service providers, etc. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a mid-size firm. - Experience in a family business will be an added advantage. - Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns. - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. - Able to manage, guide and lead employees in a team to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used. - A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. - Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. - Working familiarity with Gujarati is an advantage.
