- Evaluation of financial models for the project proposal. - Strategic inputs on the financial decision making for Residential business - Work on the transaction with involvement in meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, Vetting Term sheet & loan documents, Due diligence, Financial control, Risk mitigator etc. - Structure Transactions, Devise funding options, Build Financial models etc. - Work with consultants on business plan for residential vertical - Set up processes and internal controls to improve financial control and accounting quality, especially related to financial operations and revenue activities - Lead the RERA accounting process for Residential business - Preparation of Annual Budgets and regular monitoring of it through regular MIS system with periodical book closure - Supervise calculation and timely filing of statutory payments and returns like TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESI - Handled Income Tax / VAT/GST assessments and audits. - Keep company compliant with provisions of RBI, FEMA, Ind AS - Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statement as per Ind AS and SEBI requirement - Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. - Understanding of RERA accounting - Meticulous with numbers and having excellent analytical skills. - Exceptional business analysis. - Relevant knowledge of RE markets & financial modelling for RE investments - Strong on Corporate Governance matters, in sync with recent developments in Laws (incl. GST, RERA, Companies and income tax Act - Working experience of all Statutory Reporting like deposit and filing return of statutory dues - CA Mandatory, CFA in addition would be added advantage.
