General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Mining/Steel

Key Deliverables in the F&A function include:

- Strategic inputs to the function & business ensuring process improvement, operational effectiveness and decision making.

- Performance monitoring against Plan on a monthly basis, raise early warning signals, recommend action plan to mitigate deviations.

- Cash Flow, Working capital and Debtors management across geographies,

- Control on the Debt position, Balance Sheet management & improvement in financial ratios.

- Forex & Treasury management.

- Operational Cost & Capex monitoring & control.

- Quarterly Internal Audit findings & its closure

- Project Management & Strategic initiatives for the business including any M&A activities.

- Part of Cash Flow

- Banking Relations

- Banking and finance exposure along with finance experience along with accounts and other related field (Indirect Tax, Costing, MIS etc).
