General Manager - Finance & Accounts (CA Qualified)

- Coordination with various departments and preparation of Business Plan for the plant.

- To ensure accounting of fixed assets with accurate inputs of the cost.

- To ensure the project capitalization.

- Looking the central excise, service tax matter

- Looking the transportation payables - Inward & outward.

- Satisfy the internal and external customers.

- Streamline the vendor payment process as per agreed terms and conditions

- Managing Accounting, Finance, Costing and MIS function. Verifying stocks, account

ledgers, rectifying differences, developing systems to avoid manual work. Handling

Direct and Indirect Taxes.

- Preparation of Monthly Financial MIS Reporting

- Responsible for all statutory, compliance & control, Financial Planning & Analysis and

Commercial Finance activities of the organization.

- Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds, payable, receivables.

- Exposure of Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders

- Finalization of Financial Statement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- CA with Post Qualification Experience

- Should handle the entire team of Accounts, Finance, MIS, Statutory Audit, Factory Accounts, Trial Balance Sheet, GST etc.,

- Having exp in Reporting to Promoter/owner will be added advantage

- Leading a team of 10+ reportees

- Manufacturing industry experience preferably from Engineering industry

- Hindi language
