General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Construction - CA

Candidate must be CA Qualified

- Audit Facilitation and Finalization, Coordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditor

- Finalize the books of accounts and present to SSO for the final review and confirmation

- Standardize the report formats and fix the input for report accuracy and representations

- Coordinate with departments and FEEBO to achieve above, Controls as central repository all MIS Reports

- Review various reports and report to SSO for MIS and others if any

- Coordination with other departments, for quarries - Single point of direct contact with banker, vendor, customer etc for accounts and finance function

- Audit, Accounts, Finance and Taxation separation and mechanism, Develop a role functionality of internal F&A team

As to a have Audit, Review and approval - Internally among the team for cost implication, procedure in place

- Taxation - Review with in internal and external agencies coordination

- Ensure Negotiation and checks bank charges by bankers for Forex receipts

- Review and update them finance cost, fund position an appraise to SSO and look for future funding option if required

- Explore and ensure FMS module in place for entry / inputs as routine input by F&A

- AR Review and process in place, MIS Development and support Sales team

- SOP implementation for other department and review
