General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Car Rental Service

- Responsible for the accounts and finance functions of the Groups Head office

- Finalization of accounts and tax matters in accordance with Groups policies

- Consolidation of all accounts of the Groups operations spread across at various locations

- Handling day-to-day functions of the HO Accounting department, banking transactions and treasury operations.

- Ensure compliance of statutory returns such as VAT, IT, etc., and also ensure statutory payments on time.

- Handling Letters of Credit, negotiation of such with banks, finalization of international commercial contracts and other commercial aspects.

- Preparation of Finance MIS

- Preparation of working capital and term loan applications

- Dealing with banks and FIs for raising working capital and long-term debt funds
