General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Hospitality

We are hiring for India's leading corporate for the said role. Details below:

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Controlling all accounting aspects from set-up till finalization and monthly / quarterly / yearly closing activities for the company

- Managing Chart of Accounts, Master Data including reconciliation and accounts receivables leading to the preparation of the Balance Sheet and P&L Account

- Proactively support the Management with financial analysis and dashboard / MIS on key financial parameters and trends of key KPIs (sales, margins, operating income, EBITDA, working capital etc.) on a periodic basis

- Ensure compliance with various accounting policies, directives and procedures and adhere to all set guidelines and timelines

- Establish robust internal control measures, manage the internal audit and risk management process for the company and close statutory audit with our auditors satisfactorily

- Handling various taxation aspects and ensuring compliance with various tax regulations etc.

- Handling all treasury functions including managing effective banking relationships

- Preparation of various reports for top management / board meetings, preparation and circulation of budgets and forecasts, MIS reporting and year-end consolidation

- Constantly review and evaluate various processes and statutory requirements and think of ways and means to introduce automation at various levels

- Lead, motivate and increase the effectiveness of the finance team through various L&D initiatives

Mandatory Pre-requisites

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (In 1 / 2 attempts)

- Must have min. 16 Years of Experience in the desired repute.

- Willing to travel PAN India.( Frequency of travelling is uncertain)
