General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Healthcare

About client: Our Client is a world-class healthcare provider, aiming to bring comprehensive wellness care solutions through its various wellness programmes

Job Responsibilities:

1. Finance Perspective

To support the business in achieving its objectives by providing complete financial management and accounting services in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures and by providing recommendations to the board on cash management, borrowings and other matters.

- To manage the entire Finance & Accounts of the company

- Dealing with Bankers and Investors for funding tie-ups and updation

- Coordination with outside agencies such as Statutory Auditor, Tax Auditor, Banks etc.,

- Dealing with Statutory departments, vendors and others

Responsible for overall Accounting, Compliance and Controls across Holding and subsidiary companies.

Should have in-depth understanding of Accounting standards, Companies Act 2013, Direct & Indirect taxes and hands on experience in handling compliances with all applicable laws for doing Business in India.

2. Internal Process Perspective

Setting up & evaluating the F&A processes for controls and business monitoring

- Preparation & Implementation of SOP's as per the requirement of Business needs.

- Annual budgeting and operating plans

3. MIS & Analysis

- Developing a proper and healthy reporting system across the organisation to reflect the business performance

- Submission of MIS to all business heads and top management to keep them informed about business trends and position

- Submission of detailed MIS to CEO and Board to keep them informed about business trends, deviations from plans and cash flow reporting

- Evaluating new business models and plans, handling JVs, M&A etc on as & when basis

4. Hands on experience and conceptualization skills towards automation. Exposure to ERPs, implementation (as key user) and automation of workflows is preferred

5. Team Management

Should have the Experience of Handling, Pan India Finance Operations and Team.

Desired Profile

- Candidate must be Chartered Accountant with min 15 to 17 yrs of experience in the above areas.

- Should have worked in Retail / distributed business environment/Healthcare with centralized accounting.

- Possess Great Leadership Skills with Positive Attitude.

- Excellent Communication

- Expertise in Technical Know How/Tech Savvy
