Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible to build a strong governance & budgetary framework.
- Financial operations, improve and oversee financial accounting systems for AP, AR, working capital and cash flow management. Manage Procurement
- Providing leadership to AP, GL and Business Finance team including responsibility for the individual development of team members and succession planning.
- Annual Plan - partner with business on detailed planning including Product/Service line wise revenue & margins, Opex and EBIT and for various support functions
- Drive Cost optimization and operating margin improvement
- Monthly forecasting of Revenue, P&L
Establish performance metrics and analyse Business results - carrying out detailed variance analysis of P&L and B/Sheet for Decision-Support activities
- Evaluating including financial due diligence of new business models, geographies, etc
- Responsible for all internal controls in the areas of GL, AP, FP&A and AR and also support statutory audit and corporate audit in those areas.
- Identify and implement System enhancements and Process Improvement
- Coordinate and help develop with business Strategic Plan submissions.
- Leverage systems to improve quality of financial information available.
- Partner with Sales and Business on Quote to Cash and any other Special projects
