General Manager - Finance & Accounts - BPO/ITeS

One of our clients, a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a very senior candidate in F&A : PEX based in Hyderabad. F&A tower exposure [P2P/O2C/R2R] operations.

Involvement in Transformation and Process Excellence are a must.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Certified Green Belt/Black Belt. Should have Finance & Accounting exposure and managed customers in this domain

2. Ability to assess areas where implementation of IPA solution can be beneficial

3. Ability to comprehend which IPA solution (email classification, chatbots, virtual agents etc.) is most suitable

4. Ability to analyze processes using IPA assessment approach

5. Ability to collect process data and deliver assessment report with business case and CBA

6. Capture detailed with Requirements with activities and step level details to feed automation implementation

7. Ability to create Business Requirement Documents to support Automation Development

Has working knowledge of:

- process consulting and harmonization concepts

- consulting framework & areas of analysis and ability to do analytics

- process analysis tools and frameworks

- tools and practices required to model processes (such as Strategy/Roadmap, Value Stream Mapping, Maturity assessment, Customer journey)

- Multi tasking ability, can manage multiple responsibility simultaneously

Should be able to deliver below outcomes

- analyse processes and come out with recommendations

- conduct vendor evaluation

- conduct maturity assessment

- develop process model

- support consulting engagements

- convert leads to closed opportunities

- Did benchmarking exercises

- Contributed in new client opportunities (RFP/Due Diligence) stage

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
