Job Description : 1. Development of the various types of financial models and capital raising transactions. 2. Develop a relationship with new and existing Banks in order to expand the Limits and Debts including International Finance. 3. Managing funds of the company on daily basis &amp; ensuring efficient utilization of funds in all bank accounts in line with long/ short. 4. Managing end to end Credit Rating for Bank facilities &amp; Company Rating 5. Managing of FEMA &amp; regulation &amp; Reporting (FCGPR &amp; FICR) and Liaising with Banks and Rating Agencies, etc. 6. Responsible to manage short term borrowing, working capital and vendor management. 7. Hedging the project foreign exchange Cash-Flow set up the process, agreement (ISDA) &amp; Policy for managing the hedging of forex exposure &amp; continuous monitoring. 8. Managing forecast Vs actual cash management &amp; track the development. 9. Designated CMS operation for the Company and executed it on various levels/ departments; evaluating the internal control, with a focus on faster money pooling &amp; development. 10. Implement different measures to control business leakage in fund management. 11. Ability to lead a banking team and develop talents that subsequently drive value across the business. . 12. Responsible for Team annual appraisals, career pathing &amp; talent review with leadership. Academic Qualifications : Chartered Accountant, having at least 10 years of experience. Work Experience &amp; skills : 1. Several year of experience in a business of finance environment 2. Strong communication and networking skills. 3.
