General Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Financial Management:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and maintain financial integrity.

Strategic Decision Support:

- Partner with senior management to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities, providing financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic insights and recommendations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
