Roles & Responsibilities

- The general manager field sales has the primary role of designing and setting up the field sales team, leading and overseeing activities of the field sales team and monitoring performance as a whole.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the field sales team

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of field sales representatives

- Extensive travel required

Experience, Skills and Attributes

- 7+ years of retail/consumer sales experience, preferably, financial products

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Experience of setting up and managing Field Sales Team.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Comfortable in Fast changing business environment and requirements.
