General Manager (Factory Administration)

- You will be responsible for the daily administration of factory operations and general company administration. This role is an important part of the smooth operation of the factory. Duties include a mix of activities from placing orders, maintaining certain stock levels, receiving goods in deliveries and maintaining various systems relating to the manufacturing process and personnel.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Place direct and indirect materials orders as requested. Monitor prices and undertake cost reduction initiatives. Progress orders

- Receive both indirect and direct material orders, book in and process the paperwork

- Log hours booked by both direct and indirect personnel. Maintain holiday and sickness diary

- Receive and take care of visitors

- Be responsible for the management of stationary and vending supplies

- Supply monthly reports to the Production Director, including Work in Progress statistics

- Ensure all company licenses and insurance policies remain up to date and levels applicable to the Group are appropriate.

- Ensure all company legal and regulatory documents are held securely and appropriately protected.

- Ensure all company assets are used in appropriate manner and group information is held securely.

- Assist in providing relevant information that may be required as approved by the Director.

- Perform daily inspection of the facility to ensure HSE is maintained at the highest level.

- Ensure that all locations are maintained at no fire risk.

- Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the factory office

Qualification And Experience:

i. Graduate with 12+ Years of Experience in Factory Administration & Liasoning preferably with an FMCG Organisation & Proficient in Kashmiri Language

ii. Be computer literate and have a good level of Excel, Word and Outlook skills

iii. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

iv. Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers

v. Portray leadership, training and organisation skills set.

vi. The ideal candidate would need to be enthusiastic, a team player and have can do attitude.
