- Oversee and manage the delivery of all soft services for the company's customer experience centers and corporate office including housekeeping, security, landscaping, catering, vending, waste management, pest control, and other support services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of the company's soft services, ensuring that it meets the needs of the customers, and is in line with the company's service level agreements.
- Ensure that all soft services are delivered to a high standard, in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and develop company's soft services team, providing guidance, support, and training as required to ensure that all members are highly skilled, motivated and focused on delivering excellent service.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's soft services, and ensure that these are regularly reviewed and updated as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and other service providers, ensuring that they deliver services to the required standard and in line with company's expectations.
- Monitor and control soft services budgets, ensuring that expenditure is managed effectively and in line with company's financial targets.
- Participate in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures, ensuring that these are aligned with the organizational objectives and strategies.
