General Manager - Facility Management - Real Estate

Job Requirement:

- Must have min 5-6 years experience in back office operations, handling multiple property as well as facility clients in NCR.

- Should have good understanding of site management reports, building compliance, 5S implementation, energy conservation, thermography audits, shut down maintenance, energy audits, calculation of common area maintenance charges & sinking fund, deployment pattern of manpower at sites.

- Should have vast experience of vendor management. Should be able to develop new vendors to meet routine requirement of building maintenance.

- Should have good understanding on business development process including site survey, calculations of CAM, cost proposals, RFP submission documents.

- Should have hands on experience and knowledge on M&E operation and maintenance.

- Should have good troubleshooting knowledge and ability to provide solutions to site in charge to handle critical breakdowns.

- Should have proficiency on computer to prepare reports and presentations.

- Should have good network of vendors and managerial staff to mobilize new sites and sustain ongoing assignments.

- Should have good knowledge on labor compliance and salary break ups.

- Should have knowledge on finance and ability to improve EBITDA margins by optimizing resources and productivity.

- Should be a good team player to handle a big size in house as well as vendors team.

Qualification / Education: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical

Experience: 12+ years and minimum 5 years in back office operations with IPCs like JLL, CBRE, C&W or Knight Frank etc.,
