Responsibilities

- Assisting Head of expansion in driving strategic initiatives, standardizing processes, preparing board reviews, & facilitating vertical communication for maximum impact.

- Preparing & tracking progress of monthly & quarterly plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with network planning & demand team.

- Tracking & reporting progress on critical expansion business priorities, & proactively plan & execute conflict resolution meetings to overcome roadblocks & drive results.

- Overseeing process improvements through system changes, process re-engineering, & efficiency management.

- Collaborated with the marketing team to conceptualize, design, and finalize branding and marketing material for multiple campaigns.

- Ensuring compliance with quality & organizational standards to boost business growth through program identification.
