General Manager - EPR Sales
1. EPR Target setting and achievement of assigned EPR targets generating revenue for the vertical through sales for all the geographies/ location
2. Set performance goals and targets, with effective tracking in terms of hiring, retaining and dismissals
3. Plan and execute meetings with the customers(FMCG, paints, fertilizers, etc. brands,)
4. Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across the team
5. Manage and own P&L for the company
6. Enabling business growth by developing a strong team
7. Build periodic programs and initiatives across the organisation, for employee engagement and retention
