We are hiring for the subject role for one of the Leading Education Group.Details below:

Primary Objective :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Directs and coordinates the activities of the e-Learning Department; implements strategies to ensure quality online, hybrid, and blended programming; plans and manages departmental budget.

- Devise, design and build or commission innovative, aligned and effective technological solutions to emerging problems and needs in existing and future programs.

- Leads the development of e Learning strategies that are aligned with the mission and vision of the organization; develops a successful model for online and technology enabled learning environments.

- Builds consensus across diverse stakeholder groups - faculty, student services, information technology services, marketing, and finance - setting a strategic direction for technology enabled programming.

- Budgeting and effort estimation for the development of program.

- Curriculum design, administration and other academic duties, to provide a high quality integrated student learning experience.

- Chair or contribute to strategic solutions on issues pertaining to e-learning and the use of technology in support of teaching and learning.

- Collaborates with Information Technology Services regarding instructional delivery systems, course development software, support services for faculty and students, and provides recommendations as appropriate.

- Makes presentations to internal and external audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

- Analytical skills to interpret policies, research and compare alternative solutions

- Knowledge of traditional and online (web - based) instructional delivery

- Understanding of the functionality of Learning Management Systems

- Knowledge of alternative electronic delivery methods with attention to curriculum alignment and quality assessment

- Problem-solving abilities

- Adaptable to innovation and new methodologies

- Creativity

- Excellent communication skills

- Supervisory and leadership skills
