Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the pan India distribution sales & collections.
2. Drive the retail business for the brand with its varied products
3. Handle a team of close to 50 people and drive the strategy for expansion
4. Responsible for Sales planning and strategizing with the management for future growth.
5. Responsible for taking business decisions to increase visibility of Brand CICO and market share.
6. Shall be responsible for providing independent & innovative strategies that will enhance sales.
7. Forecasting growth opportunities from new potential markets and ensuring business from such markets.
8. Responsible for assessing Key customers and potential sales.
9. Responsible for deciding the product basket as per market requirements in different territories pan India
10. Responsible for providing sales training to Team
11. Providing Business forecasting to management on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
12. Revisit customer profiles, specify financial and other contractual agreements with customers and liaise between Operations, R&D, Finance and HR.
