I am currently hiring for a Head - HR, India for a globally respected organization in financial domain.   Job Description :  - Strategic management of the end to end HR & associated functions with the management of overall HR operations for Allianz Worldwide Partners, India  - Oversees the efficient delivery and quality of all the HR functions.   - HR cost Management, Business Planning and Manpower Planning for the India.  - Support leaders to provide strong and consistent leadership across all facets of the various functions.   - Work with teams to understand trends and determine HR process optimisation opportunities. Ensuring that the team has an ongoing focus on continuous improvement in all areas.   - Work with Senior leaders of the country to achieve department goals and ensure HR excellence in all functions.  - Supports Sr. Management team members in management of key issues affecting intermediary relationships and market and brand perceptions.  - Ensure Global strategy/initiatives implementation/roll-out in India  - Drive and implement Global process and new technologies and transformation agenda of the group in India.  Qualifications:  - Minimum 12+ year's experience   - Proven track record in managerial, leadership.   - Solid experience in Pan India HR management.  - Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and organisational influencing skills in complex organisational structures.  - Demonstrated evidence of the development and implementation of strategy.  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to relate to a variety of people in a variety of situations.  - Demonstrates strong analytical, process management and problem solving skill to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding environment.  - Active thinking & empathy
