Job description of Digitization team
- Create & implement Mobility & Web based applications for Internal employees & Agent Advisors spanning Pre-sales, Selling process & Servicing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize the requirement
- Business Requirement documentation for all the modules
- Coordinate screen designs with design agency, IT vendor
- Coordinate development with internal IT team
- Create User acceptance/business test beds for mobility and web applications
- User acceptance testing (UAT) for the modules
- Collate Feedback from sales team on the field
- Analysis of usage reports
Day to day activities of the DT:
- Interact with IT team and IT vendor to work on day to day issues on the ground
- Analyse data from call logging system to list the field level issues and ensure that the tickets are closed within the defined TAT by laisoning with the IT team
- Understanding the current physical process & design the digital process to achieve the business vectors
Detail the business requirement specifications& User Acceptance testing for all the modules
- Customer prospecting
- Recruitment
- Lead management system
- Digital knowledge library
- Content Management module
- Online sales processing
- Dashboard for frontline & Agent Advisors
- Any other
Interact with various stakeholders:
- IT team & Vendor: Development, UAT, Enhancements, Integration, Support at ground level, User queries, etc
- HO/ Sales team: Implementation & feedback
Analyse data shared by marketing/BIU teams on a daily basis and publish reports.
