GM - Digital Marketing
- Heading digital marketing function for residential and commercial real estate.
- Formulate overall digital marketing plan, budget and revenue targets in accordance with AOP across 6 segments; manage P&L for coworking business
- Build quarterly go-to-market plans for pre-launch, launch and sustenance stages of the product lifecycle
- Leading a team across functions- social, brand, performance, SEO, ORM and PR
- Manage planning (campaign structuring, targeting, networks, platforms) and buying for both large-scale awareness and performance based and lead generation across Search, Video and Social platforms
- Lead creative and content creation and influencer marketing for B2C segments
- Front cross functional planning with Product & Analytics teams to ensure acquisition channels are leveraged optimally
- Own product development for Coworking business- Web + App development and ecommerce type payments plan across various payment instruments - credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, prepaid cards,
- Work closely with sales teams to understand the end-to-end customer-experience and conceptualise omni channel digital experience
- Relationship Management with top publishers- Google, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Linkedin
- Agency management - Creative, Social, Digital Media, Affiliates, Aggregators
- Tools familiar with- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau
