Role : Digital Marketing Lead

Reporting to : Marketing Head

Location : Noida

Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

- Responsible for leading & running the Digital Marketing function for entire product portfolio in India.

- Develop a digital marketing strategy & program for brands.

- Manage the entire demand generation & D2C

- Manage the digital marketing calendar/posts to grow the social media presence and increase overall brand awareness and consideration on the brand which leads to traffic to ecommerce Platforms.

- Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Content, Digital Production, project oversight, and KPI tracking.

- Develop and run paid and unpaid social media (FB, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter etc.) advertisements/campaigns eg. PPC, like campaigns etc.

- Ideate and execute multiple online advertisement campaigns.

- Work with external creative and technology agencies.

- Explore all the third party online platforms for listing of the brands.

Eligibility

- Should have experience in FMCG/Personal Care/Beauty Cosmetics Industry

- Strong understanding of SEO & SEM best practices and proven experience with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)

- Experience in engaging with reputed digital agencies.

- Experience of demand generation, digital content management, Search engine marketing and optimization, influencer marketing, digital media planning

- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM software.
