GM - Digital Marketing
Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities :
- Run Digital Marketing campaigns to increase the brand's relevance
- Search Engine Optimization to increase the brand's page ranking
- Paid marketing campaigns on Google/ Bing/ LinkedIn to generate leads
- Manage the lead pipeline through marketing automation; lead the interface with the Sales automation engine - Content management - run the brand's blog with regular posts
- Ensure that the brand's website is updated regularly and is optimized
- Create community platforms to increase the digital engagement of consumers and merchants
- Managing Offline Lead Generation Team
- Manage digital assets - Lead the offline lead generation function
- Drive Marketing lead ROI objectives
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Give the 3 to 5 key outputs of the position vis vis the organization; they should focus on end results, not duties or activities.
- Page ranking of the brand India website (top 5)
- Steady flow of prospects leads into the CRM system
- Pipeline and ROI management
- Positive digital engagement scores
- A bank of rich content for consumers and clients
- Develop & run specific digital campaigns for clients, merchants, and consumers
- Generate client leads and feed them into the CRM funnel
- Develop tactical digital communications
- Manage the company's online reputation in India
- Manage digital assets
- Lead the offline lead generation function
- Drive Marketing lead ROI objectives
Ideal Candidate :
- MBA in Marketing from a good business school
- The person should have work experience of at least 4-6 years in marketing/ communication.
- An experience in a service B2B industry is a plus
- The person would have experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Facebook/ LinkedIn Consoles, WordPress etc.
