Title - Head (GM/DGM/AGM)- Facilities

Reporting to - JMD

Location - CHENNAI

Qualification - Btech / BE - CIVIL with 18+ years of experience in a automotive/ process / engineering /chemical / ITES/ Pharma / industry

The profile will have responsibility for the Facility Management operations of office and manufacturing Facilities across the group

- Responsible for planning and construction of civil work (for Greenfield and brown field expansion), infrastructure for office and industrial purposes, workspace management and interior fit outs.

- Handling of engineering services which include electric supply, HVAC, water supply and sewage disposal across the Plants

- Planning, execution and budgetary control of all projects and any other administrative requirement of the company.

- Experience in managing soft services like housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, employee transportation and travel requirements

- Handling of all statutory compliances of Facilities across Locations and interaction / Coordination with all concerned government regulatory bodies for smooth execution of Projects

- Efficient control of the project schedules both in terms of time and finances, by presiding over Project Management Committee

- Preparation of Budget and strict control of budgeted outflows

- Closely monitoring the progress of projects on a day to day basis

- Continous follow up with users regarding their specific needs and incorporating the requisite changes

- Working closely with Safety Team to ensure HSE policies of the company
