General Manager - Design - Real Estate

- Responsible for the entire architectural design and Sustainability- related scope for the assigned projects and will have end-to-end design accountability i.e. will work closely with external and internal stakeholders, International and local Consultants and facilitate providing complete design package for execution and take ownership of the same

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the regional by-laws, DCR, and other regulatory frameworks and ensure that on an overall basis, regulatory-related delays are minimized.

- Participate in value engineering initiatives to monitor cost at each stage of design.

- Carry out Test Fit with preliminary design requirements, area diagram, and calculations and make adjustments in accordance with feedback received from Business, Marketing/Sales, and Budgeting teams.

- Generate a schematic document and circulate it to the Project Management Group, Budgeting, Marketing & Sales, procurement, and Business Development teams for approval.

- Track & monitor the preparation of advance goods for construction-approval/detailed working drawings/construction prepared by external consultants, assist in arranging meetings, writing MOMs, etc.

- Facilitate statutory-related design drawings and deliverables for approvals.

- Participate and facilitate compliance of assigned projects with respect to Quality and EHS guidelines.

- Maintain Design Documentation on BIM 360 and records of Meetings (MOMs)
