Position - General Manager/ Deputy General Manager

Reports To Sr Vice President Strategy

Place of Posting - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning:

1. Develop Scenarios based on trends, insights, etc

2. Formulate & execute strategy projects across business functions

3. Conduct environmental scan, synthesis of primary & secondary insights

- Change Management Projects

1. Colloborate with stakeholders, develop roadmap for execution

2. Understand culture, and past exp in handling big change mgt projects

- New Technology / Disruption

1. Working on evaluation of new technologies,

2. Creation & execution of digital transformation initiatives

3. Developing new business models for the VUCA world

Experience 15- 20 years from consulting background / Agri background

Experience in executing product development, sales/service projects or worked in PD, Sales/service functions

Industry Preferred Consulting background (Top 4) or Consulting & industry experience; Agri Input companies

Qualification - MBA from premium B school only (Please do not send CV's if not from a premium B school)
