He/she supports in M&A transactions, joint ventures and/or commercial contracts (eg. distribution agreements) local antitrust proceedings.  Key responsibilities include :  - Managing, monitoring & Defending Litigations  - Review & approval of all contracts  - Managing a team  Candidate profile :  - 10+ years of PQE in handling commercial contracts negotiations  - Understanding/ experience in bid/ tender advisory   - Experience in handling litigations- Pan India  - Experience in corporate legal activities - JVs,M&A etc   - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
