General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Infrastructure Projects

- Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of construction/interior projects and ensuring execution of entire project ( Horizontal & Vertical) within time and budgetary parameters.

- Skills in executing infrastructure projects (involving method engineering, development, contract administration & resource planning) with compliance to quality standards such as ISO, OHSAS etc.

Assist COO in achieving their targets by identifying major areas of bottlenecks and coming up with action plans to resolve them.

- Identifying value engineering aspects at various designing, development and construction phase of project. Through efficient planning and value engineering, deliver effective solutions for the lowest possible cost.

- Direct the management and implement multiple large and complex projects: develop project plans and timelines; make staffing decisions based on assessment of team members' skills and workloads; and identify obstacles.

- To help initiate and implement various sustainable initiatives beneficial for the project & to ensure activities result in sustainable income generation.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
