General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Industrial Relations - Chemicals

- To be able to assist the Head - IR in formulation of IR strategies for the organization and provide support to all manufacturing units spread across India by way of consultation, strategy development & support implementation of IR strategies at the respective unit.

- Work experience in any FMCG having units Pan India

- At least 3 different kind of Industry experience desirable.

- Have faced Lockout/Strike or Closure/Charter of Demand

- Strong Oral and written communication skills (good in legal / statutory drafting )

- Long term planning & strategic thinking ability with a learning aptitude.

- Good Knowledge of labour laws ( Updateed Wage code laws and its application vis a vis various Judgments)

- Capable to work in different teams with a strong decision making ability.

- Demonstrated Leadership skills under complex / complicated circumstances.
