General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Corporate Actions/Asset Servicing - BFS

We are hiring for a leadership role for a leading MNC in Chennai

Role Designation: General Manager/DGM

Profile : Corporate Actions

Must be ok for NightShift (US Shifts)

Exp : 12 Yrs minimum and relevant 5 yrs in Corporate Actions / Asset servicing

Notice period 45 days max

Responsibilities :

- Managing end to end Income process for asset servicing, which includes capturing of corporate action events, ex-date accrual calculation, calculating and provisioning Tax. Actual settlement of proceeds after pay date, reconciliation between General ledger and custody statement

- Handling enquiries for Corporate Actions & Income from both internal and external clients

- Liaise with Onshore Partners on weekly basis & catch up on monthly basis. Demonstrate the dashboard/address the challenges or issues if any to the Onshore partners via VC

- Risk Analysis of complex events - Taxability and impact to end clients

- Perform position, market value, pricing and taxability checks pre and post event processing to ensure integrity and consistency of corporate action data

Working on TLM to resolve cash exceptions & position reconciliation
