General Manager (Delivery)  Position : General Manager   Industry : BPO, ITES, outsourcing, Customer Service  Total Experience : 15+ years of Experience, relevant experience of minimum of 5 years in BPO industry  Salary : QAR 15000 (Including Transport & Accommodation)  Joining : Immediate  Position Roles & Responsibilities :   - As a Delivery Manager, you are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, controlling and supporting growth of a portfolio of discrete projects with the objective of delivering them as per agreed timelines, cost and quality parameters.   - Drive the team & ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.  - Responsible to manage all support and functional departments like recruitment, administration etc. and responsible for timely delivery.  - Responsible for the organic growth of the clients  - Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.  - Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them.  - Provide required reports & inputs to senior management.  - 10+ years of proven success as a senior executive leader in a B2C (business to consumer) environment with ownership of developing, implementing and measuring product delivery and strategy.  - Extensive entrepreneurial leadership experience with growth-stage.  - Excellent communication skills able to deliver a speech or presentation to any relevant stakeholder  - Highly customer focused  - Dynamic, Analytical, Self-Motivated and Efficient able to provide solutions in a high pressure environment  - Committed and Driven willing to do what is required to ensure requirements are met  Education :  - Masters Degree required  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :   - Strong communication skills   - Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, enact change, and think strategically to achieve business goals.   - Ability to successfully manage large groups of people and strong leadership skills.   - Ability to create an environment of high trust and high morale.   NOTE : Candidate must join with in 15 Days
